4. No Guaranteed Outcome

5. Booking and Appointment Policy

Users may book consultations or puja services through the website, WhatsApp, phone call, online form, or any other available booking method.

Appointment confirmation is subject to availability. A booking may be confirmed only after required details and payment, if applicable, are received.

Users are responsible for providing accurate details such as name, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, contact number, email address, puja details, or any other information required for the selected service.

6. Payments

All payments must be made through the payment options provided on the website or through officially shared payment links or payment methods.

Prices, fees, packages, consultation charges, and puja charges may be changed at any time without prior notice. However, once a booking is confirmed and paid, the fee applicable at the time of booking will apply to that booking.

We do not store your full card, UPI, banking, or payment instrument details on our website. Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways or service providers.

7. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy

Once a consultation, puja, or service is booked and payment is completed, the amount paid is generally non-refundable.

However, rescheduling may be allowed at our discretion if the user informs us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or puja, subject to availability.

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • The service could not be provided by us due to unavoidable reasons.
  • Duplicate payment was made by mistake.
  • Payment was deducted but booking was not confirmed due to a technical error.

No refund will be provided in the following cases:

  • User fails to attend the consultation.
  • User provides incorrect birth details, phone number, email, address, or puja information.
  • User changes their mind after booking.
  • User is dissatisfied because the prediction, remedy, or guidance did not match their expectations.
  • User does not follow the suggested remedy, instruction, or process.
  • Online puja has already been initiated, performed, or scheduled with arrangements.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period, depending on the payment gateway or banking process.

8. Online Puja Services

Online puja services are performed as per Vedic traditions and availability of the pandit, date, muhurat, samagri, and other required arrangements.

The timing, date, or process of a puja may be adjusted based on religious requirements, priest availability, or other practical considerations.

Photos, videos, prasad delivery, sankalp details, or puja proof may be provided only if specifically included in the selected service package.

We do not guarantee any specific spiritual, personal, financial, health, relationship, or business outcome from any puja.

9. User Responsibilities

By using our website or services, you agree:

  • To provide true, complete, and accurate information.
  • Not to misuse the website or services.
  • Not to use abusive, offensive, threatening, or disrespectful language.
